We provide truly multi-territory merchant services. At the time of writing (6 September 2016) our gateway service is connected to 394 live and available acquiring banks and this network is continually growing.
Although many merchants require a number of different banking partners to ensure they have stability and a backup should things change, as it has over recent years with the upheaval in the finance and banking sectors. Connecting with such a high number of acquiring banks gives Axcess both the flexibility and coverage from a local domestic based company to the multi-national business that requires acquiring relationships across different parts of the globe.

Many countries still have “localised” card usage and this can often be a problem to merchants wanting to accept certain cards for a potential target market (as still seen in many countries), but not with Axcess. Delivering mainstream debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and Amex to JCB, Discover and Diners Club. When looking at selling a service into specific countries merchants often need a smaller type of card type that operates across only one country.
Axcess appreciate that many merchants may have longstanding relationships with acquirers and that there may be difficulty in moving from one service to another. In order to help with the transition, Axcess provide technical help and expertise in making sure all of the changes and systems are fully functional with the move from one payment processor to another. Axcess will also help ensure a continued relationship with the acquiring bank and act as a point of contact for all merchants when speaking to the bank to ensure you have the best service and don’t have to waste time waiting in queues or trying to speak with the right person.
